Alyssa has 8 years of experience in office administration and event coordination.  Prior to Head of People & Culture, Alyssa served as Paralel’s Office Manager, where she stood up day-to-day office functions and supported two office moves while supporting growth.  Prior to joining Paralel, Alyssa was the Risk Education Coordinator for State Volunteer Mutual Insurance Company, where she implemented continuing education seminars for medical professionals throughout the Southeast.  During her five years at SVMIC, Alyssa held various roles that included corporate receptionist, philanthropy committee member helping coordinate the United Way of Williamson County Campaign, and culture creator within the Risk Education department. Alyssa holds a Bachelor of Science in Public Relations from Belmont University.
Alyssa currently resides in Georgia with her husband and daughter. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with family, staying active in her community, playing pickleball, hiking, and doing Pilates.
